Business Development Associate

Error Makes Clever is a fast-growing edtech startup delivering technology education in Tamil. We're looking for a driven BDA to own the sales pipeline, convert leads, and fuel our next phase of growth.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle - from outreach to closure
• Engage and convert organic leads (college students & working professionals)
• Explain course offerings and guide students in selecting suitable programs
• Maintain and update CRM/sales trackers
• Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure timely follow-ups
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Work towards achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets

Experience: 0-2 Years

Who You Are

• Fluent in Tamil and English - confident communicator on calls
• Self-starter with strong closing skills and deal instincts
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments; adaptable to change
