About the Role: Primark Associates is seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to help expand our client base in the construction, architecture, interiors, engineering, and consultancy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, etc.
• Research upcoming projects and potential clients.
• Connect with clients, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings.
• Present Primark Associates services and build strong client relationships.
• Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and client database.

Ideal Candidate

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
• Experience in construction, architecture, interiors, or engineering is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
