Company Description The LIT School is India's first experience-based program for creators, marketers, and entrepreneurs, offering pathways such as CreatorPreneur, Creator Marketer, and Next Gen Business. Instead of passive lectures, students work on 50–100+ real brand briefs, solving live challenges for businesses and building a substantial portfolio. They learn directly from brand leaders, creators, and entrepreneurs, gaining industry-relevant skills, exposure, and networks. The curriculum is tailored to individual ambitions and is built on the LIT framework—Learn, Innovate, Transform—focusing on real-world challenges that help students think, create, and lead.

Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and nurturing leads, engaging with prospective students and partners, and presenting The LIT School's programs and value proposition through meetings, calls, and events. The associate conducts market research to understand trends in education, creator economies, and entrepreneurial ecosystems, and uses these insights to support outreach strategies. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating with internal teams on campaigns, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The person in this role contributes to revenue growth and brand visibility by building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

    • Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic productivity software.
