Job Title - Business Development Associate

JOB OBJECTIVES - The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate willingness to generate leads and generate point of sales revenue. Manage customer relationships and convey developments in product and service offerings.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Relationship Management -

Monthly client visitations are required to understand the purchase cycle and grow local business.
Coordination between client and HO for supply/ logistics/ customer preference feedback.
Payment collection

2. Support sales initiative -

Support sales activities and customer coordination.
Coordinate and follow up with internal departments such as Warehouse, Customer Care, and other teams for smooth operations.
Assist in planning and execution of sales exhibitions and promotional activities.

3. Sales Development and Product Knowledge -

Maintain proper knowledge about product offerings, seasonal purchase cycle and market trends to convert sales
Conversion of existing leads to customer
Creating of new prospective customers in the market to expand business
Setting up App logins for customers to streamline purchase mechanism and follow up management
Cold calling/ door to door business generation

Minimum Qualification - Graduate

Years and Nature of Experience - 6 month - 2year in Sales

Behavioural Competencies:

Self-motivated and willing to take initiative

Strong communication, Coordination & Follow-up skills

Persistent, goal driven and has a competitive mindset

Technical Competencies:

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Competent with app based sales generation and ordering

Understanding of social media marketing trends and promotional techniques.
