Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our sales team. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant learning programs, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales calls and communicate with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Explain course/program benefits, pricing, and offerings.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
• Drive conversions through effective communication and negotiation.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales/business development experience preferred.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
• Comfortable working from office.
• Candidates from EdTech / Sales / Business Development backgrounds are preferred.
