Business Development Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Engage potential customers via phone, virtual meetings, and on-site visits to explain available properties and convert them into buyers.
• Attend qualified leads through virtual or in-person meetings, present tailored property options, and encourage on-site visits.
• Negotiate deals between clients, ensuring a win-win agreement.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and generating referral business.
• Cross-sell additional NoBroker services to offer a complete home-buying experience.
• Nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, property prices, inventory, and buyer demand.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a similar domain.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
• Good local market knowledge.
• Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Own a vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred).
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and a local language.
• Availability to work 6 days a week (including weekends).
