We are hiring a Business Development Associate at Scaler Academy for the Gurugram and Bangalore locations.

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling and communicating with new students.
• Career counselling through video meetings.
• Guiding IT working professionals for career building through the Scaler upskilling program.
• Increasing revenue via enrollment of students.
• Achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have a graduation degree. BBA, B, Tech, BCA, and MBA degrees will be preferred.
• The ideal candidate must have 1 year of edtech experience
• The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
• Look for a sales attitude.
• Good objection handling and situation-handling skills.
• The ideal candidate should have good problem-solving skills.
• Must be aware of IT market trends and technologies.
• Must have counselling skills for working professionals.
