• Counsel professionals interested in building a career in Japan through the caregiving program
• Promote German language training programs
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails & meetings
• Maintain leads and conversions in CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Build strong, long-term relationships with candidates
