Role: Academic Counsellor Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Connect with students and parents and understand their educational requirements.
• Recommend suitable learning programs.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Handle objections, negotiate offers, and close admissions.

Required Skills:

• Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Telesales/Inside Sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• EdTech/Education/Subscription sales experience preferred.
• K-12 or test-prep sales experience is an added advantage.
• Bachelors degree in any field.

Work Details:

• Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Fixed Off: Monday
• Requirement: Personal laptop + stable internet connection.
