About the Role & Team

• The BDA role is central to Urban Company's partner supply engine responsible for identifying,

onboarding, and nurturing high-quality service partners in assigned areas.

• This role works closely with city operations and training teams to ensure a steady, high-quality pipeline

of partners joining and succeeding on the platform.

• BDAs are the first point of contact for prospective partners and play a key role in shaping their

onboarding experience and early success on Urban Company.

Role 1: Field BDA

What you'll do:

• Generate and convert leads for potential service partners in assigned hotspot areas
• Own end-to-end onboarding of new partners onto the Urban Company platform
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners in the field
• Work comfortably and independently in an on-field, target-driven environment
• Represent the Urban Company brand professionally during partner interactions

What we need:

• Proficiency in Hindi and Odia
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Quick learner with a hustle-oriented, on-ground approach to work
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
• Must own a laptop
• Male candidates preferred

Role 2: Pre & Post BDA

What you'll do:

• Pitch Urban Company's partner program to walk-in prospects
• Own end-to-end onboarding of new partners onto the platform
• Resolve partner escalations and work proactively to improve partner performance
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners and trainers
• Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding-to-performance

journey

• Proficiency in Hindi and Odia
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and quick learning ability
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
• Must own a laptop
