Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Candidate will be placed inside Bank branches to interact with walkin customers, understand their needs, and generate leads for financial products. Requires good communication skills, confidence, and target orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads from branch walkin customers
• Explain product offerings and capture customer interest
• Maintain coordination with SBI staff
• Update leads in CRM and share daily reports
• Meet monthly leadgeneration targets

Eligibility:

• Fresher and graduates are welcome
• Any degree acceptable
• Should be confident and willing to work in sales environment
