Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, and online research.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
- Present company products/services and communicate their value proposition.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and support lead conversion.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM systems.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams.
- Track daily/weekly sales activities and contribute toward business targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Lead generation and prospecting capabilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
