Key Responsibilities

• Counsel Indian nurses on overseas career opportunities in Germany and working professionals interested in caregiving opportunities in Japan.
• Promote German language training programs and relevant packages.
• Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and guide them throughout the process.
• Maintain lead and conversion records in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with training and operations teams for smooth candidate onboarding.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, counselling, and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented and persuasive approach.
• Good follow-up and client management skills.
