Business Development Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client visits.
• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
• Visit construction sites and project locations to understand client requirements.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and project estimates in coordination with the technical and sales teams.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, negotiations, orders, payments, and project execution.
• Understand basic civil construction and interior project requirements.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales/lead reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify market trends and competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with experience dealing with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, real-estate companies, or construction projects will be preferred.
