Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, responsible for expanding DocTutorials reach among medical students, residents, and practicing doctors. In this position, the associate will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach across all channels, and nurture relationships with prospective learners and institutional partners. Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, coordinating with internal academic and marketing teams, and tracking pipeline activities in CRM or similar tools. The role involves supporting campaigns, gathering feedback from prospects, and providing data-driven insights to refine offerings and messaging. The associate will be expected to meet growth targets, maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, and represent DocTutorials programs in a professional and consultative manner.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management in a sales or business development context.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including analyzing trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs within the education or healthcare sector.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex academic programs clearly and persuasively.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management in edtech, medical education, or healthcare services is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred; medical education exposure is an advantage.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools, CRM systems, and data-driven reporting, along with a proactive, goal-oriented work style.
• Candidates should be willing to travel across countries.
