Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified franchise leads through digital platforms, events, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct franchise presentations and business opportunity meetings.
• Explain the Sadda Pattar franchise model, investment, ROI, and operational process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective franchise partners.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful franchise sales.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, and onboarding teams until franchise launch.
• Represent Sadda Pattar at franchise expos and business networking events.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
