Role Overview:-

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated (Business Development Trainee (BDT)to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to start a rewarding journey in sales, communication, and client relationship management within the fast-growing EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Drive weekly and monthly revenue growth by promoting IntrnFortes technology training programs.

* Make proactive outbound calls to potential learners, understand their career goals, and recommend suitable programs.

* Convert leads into successful enrollments and consistently meet daily and weekly targets.

* Manage pre-sales conversations to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales data.

What We’re Looking For:

* Freshers or candidates with 1–4 months of sales experience (EdTech experience preferred).

* Excellent communication skills in English.

* Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

* Comfortable with telesales and client interactions.

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Basic computer proficiency with working knowledge of MS Office.

What We Offer:-

* Fixed Salary:16,000 per month + Incentives up to 20,000

* 6-day work week (Monday Off).
