Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide candidates regarding overseas job opportunities.
• Promote relevant training programs and services.
• Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into admissions/sales.
• Maintain candidate records and update CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Sales, counselling or business development experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
