Role & responsibilities

• Reach out to and counsel nurses regarding employment opportunities in Germany.
• Explain the benefits of working in Germany, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability.
• Present and promote German language training packages that are essential for overseas job opportunities.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Collaborate with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.
