Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate based out of HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify new leads, engage prospective customers, and support the expansion of Bhanzu's learning programs across markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, managing outreach campaigns, delivering presentations and product demos to partners or clients, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and support revenue growth. The individual will also contribute feedback from the market to help shape product offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and the ability to build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze customer segments, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with stakeholders and customers.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience in EdTech, education services, or B2C/B2B sales is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with CRM tools, data-driven decision-making, and basic proficiency in productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
