Role & responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads from property owners looking to sell their properties.
• Contact owners to understand property details, selling expectations, pricing, and timeline.
• Explain NoBroker seller plans, pricing, features, and value-added services.
• Convert qualified seller leads into paid plans and service subscriptions.
• Assist owners with property listing, verification, and profile optimization.
• Provide relevant market insights to help owners position their property effectively.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with sellers to maximize engagement and sales conversion.
• Coordinate with buyer acquisition, field, legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth transaction support.
• Promote related services such as home loans, legal assistance, property registration, and other value-added services.
• Maintain accurate seller information, call records, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, conversion, and customer retention targets.
• Handle seller queries and resolve concerns promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, cross-selling, and referrals.
• Follow NoBroker sales processes, quality standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
