• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and convert sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, location, property type, and service needs.
• Explain NoBroker products, subscription plans, pricing, features, and benefits.
• Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and service opportunities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
• Promote and cross-sell relevant NoBroker services such as property sales, rentals, home loans, legal services, and property management.
• Maintain accurate customer details, call records, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Field Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Customer Support teams for smooth service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with interested, pending, and inactive leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Follow NoBroker sales processes, quality standards, data privacy, and compliance guidelines.
