• Generate and qualify leads through calls, online channels, and other business-development activities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker products and services.
• Conduct outbound calling and follow up with prospective customers.
• Explain service features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Service teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
• Track follow-ups, sales pipelines, and conversion performance.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and productivity targets.

Preferred candidate profile
