About the Role

We are looking for experienced and target-driven Associates / Senior Associates to manage the complete student enrollment journey. This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role with end-to-end sales responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Make cold calls and follow up with leads provided by the company.
• Understand student/parent requirements and fix appointments.
• Conduct online/offline demos and product presentations.
• Counsel students and parents and explain suitable courses/programs.
• Handle objections, negotiate, follow up, and close enrollments.
• Maintain lead and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in B2C Sales / Inside Sales / Education Sales / EdTech preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil & English.
• Good convincing, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and target-based sales.
• Customer-focused, self-driven, and result-oriented.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
