About the Role

We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our India Renewals Team as Business Development Associates.

This is a great opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build their career in sales, customer interaction and the EdTech industry.

What You'll Do

* Connect with existing customers regarding subscription renewals.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

* Follow up with customers and drive successful renewals.

* Achieve individual and team targets.

What We're Looking For

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* 0–1 year of experience in Sales/EdTech is an advantage.

* Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Confident in handling customer conversations.

* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

* Own laptop is mandatory.

Work Schedule

* Work From Office – HSR Layout Sector 1, Bangalore

* 6 days working with 1 rotational weekday off.
