Business Development Associate (Freshers)

We are seeking a motivated fresher to join our Business Development team as a Pre-sales Associate. In this entry-level role, you will support the sales cycle by researching prospects, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and assisting in client demos. This is a great opportunity to learn sales strategies, client engagement, and business tools while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify leads by initial outreach via calls, emails, and social media to understand client needs.

Assist in scheduling demos, client meetings, and follow-ups to support the sales team.

Track leads and opportunities in CRM systems.

Collaboration with product team and team lead to gather information for client queries.

Participate in team meetings to learn sales techniques and market trends.

Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
• Only 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates are eligible to apply.
• Freshers only - candidates who are passionate about starting and building a career in Business Development.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Enthusiastic, proactive learner with excellent time management and a results-driven mindset.
• No prior work experience required - comprehensive training will be provided.
