Role & responsibilities

• Connect with working professionals through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand candidates' career aspirations, current job roles, and learning requirements.
• Counsel prospective learners on upskilling opportunities and recommend relevant certification or professional courses.
• Explain course curriculum, learning outcomes, fees, financing options, and career benefits.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners throughout the sales cycle.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert qualified leads into enrolments.
• Handle objections effectively and close sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• 02years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, or EdTech Sales.
• Experience in selling professional certification, executive education, or online learning programs is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
