Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our field sales team. You will interact with property owners and customers, conduct property/site visits, explain NoBroker services, and help drive successful property transactions.

Qualified leads will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet property owners and customers for property sales, rentals, and leases.
• Conduct property visits and accompany buyers during site visits.
• Explain property details, pricing, and NoBroker services.
• Coordinate property photoshoots and ensure accurate property information.
• Negotiate with buyers and sellers to support deal closure.
• Onboard property owners and promote premium services where applicable.
• Visit commercial properties and collect owner details.
• Update property details through the NoBroker App or Google Forms.
• Maintain customer interactions and sales updates in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility

• Diploma or Graduation is mandatory.
• Smart Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of field sales experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.

Mandatory Requirements

• Own bike and valid driving licence.
• Smartphone.
• Ability to communicate in at least one of these combinations:
• English + Kannada
• English + Telugu
• English + Tamil
• English + Hindi
• English + Marathi
