This is not a task based gig. You are joining early, working directly with the founder, and getting real exposure to how a growth agency is actually built and run. Real client systems, real outreach strategy, real business decisions. If you want to learn while doing, this role is built for that.
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development / Appointment Setter to own outbound pipeline for the agency. You will research prospects, run outreach across multiple channels, and book qualified conversations for the founder to close. You will work across international clients spanning several industries, not one narrow niche.
Responsibilities
- Research prospects across multiple segments (B2B agencies, wellness and coaching businesses, D2C brands, and more as we expand)
- Run outreach via LinkedIn, Instagram, cold email, and cold calling
- Follow a structured messaging system and refine it as you learn what converts
- Log every prospect and track outcomes consistently
- Hand off qualified, interested leads directly to the founder
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection
- Organized and self-driven, able to run a system without daily hand-holding after the first week
- Minimum 20 to 25 hours per week, more for the right person
- Strong written communication
