Generate new business through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and existing industry contacts.
Drive B2B sales for Software Development, SaaS, IT Staffing, Cloud, DevOps, Digital Transformation, and Managed Services (MSP/AMC).
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, procurement teams, startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare solution-oriented proposals and pricing.
Maintain sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM while achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

2+ years of experience in IT Business Development, IT Sales, or Marketing.
Proven experience in acquiring IT projects and managed service contracts.
Strong understanding of Software Development, SaaS, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and IT Services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of independently driving business growth.
