Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is customer-focused, proactive, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role involves assisting customers with product-related queries, supporting onboarding, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate guidance regarding the product and services.
• Assist customers during onboarding and ensure smooth product setup and usage.
• Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, emails, or other communication channels.
• Regularly follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Guide customers on product features and help them utilize the platform effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Keep track of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests.
• Inform customers about relevant product updates, benefits, and available solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of customer requests and maintain service quality standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain customer relationships.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer handling processes.
• Good verbal and strong email communication.
• Good understanding of MS Excel.
• Minimum 60% in both 10th and 12th standard.
