• Gather and document requirements and translate KPI definitions into clear specifications.
• Support testing and validation: test scenarios, execution, defect management and sign-off coordination.
• Reconcile dashboard outputs against source data, calculations, filters and user security.
• Work with business teams on priorities, definitions, clarifications and access requests.
• Maintain the backlog and documentation, and help users adopt certified dashboards and self-serve content.

• 47 years in business or data analysis supporting BI, dashboarding and stakeholder-facing delivery.
• Experience planning testing and validation, writing test scenarios, executing validation and managing defects.
• Requirements analysis and KPI / business-rule documentation.
• Ability to interpret governed metric definitions and protect business meaning.
• Clear communication, status reporting and coordination across teams.

• Amazon QuickSight and SQL for dashboard validation.
• Exposure to Amazon Bedrock / natural-language analytics.
• Financial-services / investment reporting knowledge (e.g., NAV, returns, exposure).
• Familiarity with dashboard design standards and self-serve adoption.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
