Responsibilities

• Maintain a consolidated tracker of action items, deadlines, and decisions arising from management meetings and CEO directives
• Follow up directly with department heads (COO, Mediyant/Service, Sales, HR) on pending items and escalate delays to the CEO promptly
• Prepare a concise weekly status summary for the CEO covering priorities, blockers, and completions
• Coordinate scheduling and preparation for management meetings; circulate agendas and track meeting outcomes
• Support cross-entity coordination (Medinnova, Mediyant, Century HLM, Century Perfusion, Indigo Systems) on shared initiatives, e.g. the government outreach and GeM approval workstream
• Flag priority conflicts or resourcing bottlenecks to the CEO before they cause delays
• Maintain document hygiene for CEO-level tracking - status sheets, dashboards, meeting notes - kept current and accessible
