Business Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer experience.
• Track pending tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Execute operational requests accurately within defined SLAs and turnaround times.
• Maintain operational records, documentation, and process compliance.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and track daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics.
• Monitor productivity, TAT, quality, and business performance.
• Identify operational risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support leadership with business reports, analytics, and key performance insights.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelors degree in Finance or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Experience, Business Coordination and Operations
• Experience in personal finance advisory, financial services, fintech or banking.
