About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure business operations continue during disruptions.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and maintain the effectiveness of business continuity plans.
- Provide training and awareness programs for employees on business continuity procedures.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) or related field.
- Certified in ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or equivalent certification such as DRP or BIA.
- Strong understanding of BCM principles, practices, and industry standards (ISO).
- Proven track record of developing effective business continuity plans.
