Job Summary

Business Consultant responsible for implementing Unified Commerce solutions for retail & e-commerce clients, including requirement gathering, solution configuration, client training, and project delivery support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client implementation of ETP solutions
• Gather requirements and map business processes
• Configure POS, CRM, OMS, Promotions & marketplace integrations
• Support presales, solution design & effort estimation
• Conduct client training and documentation
• Coordinate with dev/support teams for issue resolution
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery

Required Skills

• 6–8 years in Business Consulting / Retail / E-commerce tech
• Strong knowledge of retail & e-commerce processes
• Experience in POS, OMS, CRM, or Unified Commerce systems
• Client-facing, communication & problem-solving skills
• Experience in implementation & solution configuration

Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT / Business or related field
