Key Responsibilities:

• Visit manufacturing units and understand their production and operational processes
• Interact with factory owners, management teams, and plant staff to gather business insights
• Identify operational challenges, workflow gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Observe existing systems, reporting methods, and production practices
• Prepare visit summaries, notes, and follow-up documentation after each interaction
• Coordinate with internal teams to support planning and execution of suitable solutions
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Support business development efforts by identifying client needs and opportunities for improvement
