Job Title: Business Contracts & Compliances

Location: Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with legal or other respective departments to execute the agreement with existing or new partners.

- Intermediator between the Business and Legal team.

- Complete legal documentation for new and existing business partners. - Coordinate with business partners and understand the compliance and legal requirements for empanelment.

Skills:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- MS-Office

Word and excel (basic)

- Well versed with various agreements such as SLA/NDA/MSA.
