Business Communications Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on:
• Communication Skills
• Spoken English
• Business Communication
• Employability Skills
• Conduct training programs of up to 60 hours per batch.
• Deliver training sessions of up to 4 5 hours per day.
• Assess trainee learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor, coach, and guide students to improve their confidence, communication, and employability.
• Facilitate classroom discussions, activities, role plays, and experiential learning exercises.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and progress reports as required.
• Travel to assigned colleges, including remote locations, for training delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Native of Goa
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in teaching, training, or counselling high-school and college students.
• At least 4 years of experience as an English-Speaking Skills Trainer.
• Industry professionals with training expertise and 4to 8 years of experience in Business Communication Training may also apply.
