Business Co-ordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, organized, and analytical fresher to join our Business Analytics team.

The candidate will support business analytics and franchise operations by collecting information from internal teams, maintaining Excel trackers and MIS reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and interacting with franchise partners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and data, is comfortable communicating with people over the phone, and wants to build a career in Business Analytics and Financial Services.

The candidate will work closely with the Analytics Lead and have exposure to reports and requirements used by senior business leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Collect data and reports from internal teams, including branches, data, and technology teams.

Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required information.

Maintain and regularly update Excel trackers and MIS reports.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.

Make outbound calls to franchise partners to collect feedback and communicate product updates or offers.
