Job Summary

Zelite is hiring a Project Manager with 4 5 years of experience exposure to drive requirement discovery, documentation, client communication, and project coordination across technology and AI-enabled solutions.

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and track scope, timelines, actions, and deliverables.
• Support estimation, sprint planning, UAT, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare client presentations, status updates, and project documentation.
• Conduct client discussions, requirement gathering, workshops, and requirement analysis.
• Translate business requirements into BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with clients, developers, QA, and PMs throughout the SDLC.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and requirement changes.
• Understand and document AI/Copilot, Power Platform, CRM, and automation use cases.

Required Technical Skills

• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong Business Analysis and requirement engineering skills.
• Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, Power Platform, CRM, and AI/Copilot concepts.
• Ability to convert business requirements into clear functional specifications.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 4-5 years of Project Management / project coordination experience.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience working on software/IT consulting projects is preferred.
• Worked and handled projects like AI projects, copilot studio azure foundry, fabric

• Establish and enforce quality benchmarks and guidelines for the team.

• Aggregate, process, and analyze secondary research data to create meaningful insights.
• Review and refine data to meet client-specific requirements.
• Plan, prepare, and oversee the timely delivery of research and enriched account data.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and predefined standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Understand client requirements thoroughly and provide regular updates on progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly delivery reports for billing purposes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing based on delivered data.
• Estimate timelines for deliverables and align them with client expectations.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand and document their requirements.
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the research team.
• Coordinate with external data consultants or vendors to acquire supplemental data.
