Business Banking Relationship Manager

Job Description:

• Acquire and manage Business Banking / SME / MSME customers.
• Generate business through open market sourcing, references, leads and existing customer base.
• Sell banking products including Current Account, Working Capital, OD/CC, Business Loans and Term Loans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, traders, SMEs and MSMEs.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable banking solutions.
• Achieve assigned business, sales and revenue targets.
• Cross-sell CASA, insurance, investment and other banking products.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
• Maintain a healthy customer portfolio and ensure regular customer engagement.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 15 years of experience in Business Banking / SME / MSME / Banking Sales.
• Candidates with experience in Business Loans, Working Capital, CASA or Asset Sales preferred.
• Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills.
• Good communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Local market knowledge and ability to generate business independently.
