About this role
Automate Business is looking for a Business Automation Consultant to help customers successfully implement and adopt its SaaS automation solutions. The role involves customer onboarding, software configuration, product training, workflow setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer support. Ideal for freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience who have strong communication, technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
- Customer Onboarding Implementation - Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and successful product adoption.
- Product Configuration Training - Configure software based on customer requirements and conduct product training sessions.
- Workflow Process Consulting - Understand business processes and recommend suitable automation solutions using Automate Business products.
- Customer Support Relationship Management - Resolve queries, provide functional guidance, and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Cross-Functional Coordination - Work with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to address customer requirements, feedback, and enhancement requests.
What we are looking for
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Applications, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in Customer Success, SaaS, Software Implementation, Technical Support, or Business Consulting. Freshers are welcome.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand business processes, learn SaaS products quickly, and translate customer requirements into software solutions.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, ownership, and willingness to travel for client meetings and implementations.
