Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Field Executive to identify, engage, and onboard potential driver partners in assigned local areas. The role involves extensive fieldwork, direct interaction with drivers, explaining the companys offerings, and ensuring successful onboarding as per defined processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-field visits to identify and approach potential driver partners.
• Explain the company, its services, benefits, and earning opportunities to drivers.
• Onboard driver partners on the field, including documentation and app onboarding.
• Ensure drivers understand onboarding requirements, policies, and processes.
• Achieve daily/weekly onboarding and conversion targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or documentation issues.

• Maintain accurate field data and daily reports using Excel and internal tools.
• Support and guide junior field staff, if assigned (team handling experience preferred).

Eligibility & Requirements

Previous experience in field work / field sales / field operations is mandatory.

Experience in team handling will be an added advantage.

Must be fluent in the local language; basic English/Hindi preferred.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Good local area knowledge (routes, transport hubs, driver hotspots).

Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and target-driven roles
