We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a business associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales and marketing strategies, driving growth, and maximizing revenue. This role requires a combination of Communications skills, leadership skills, and hands-on execution to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

2. Lead the sales team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing efforts.

5. Develop sales and marketing team members, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to enhance skills and performance.

Earning potential: 25k to 75k per month (As per your performance in interview, with excellent incentives)
