Business Associate - Technical Sales ( Personal Care Ingredients)

Divisions/Departments Activity:

• Business Development and Sales of Personal / Home care raw material ingredients.
• Stock and Sale of Actives, Excipients and speciality chemicals.

Role & responsibilities

• Drive sales and business growth in the assigned domestic personal care and cosmetics market.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to order fulfilment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, formulators, and distributors.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and presentations with clients.
• Track sales performance by region, product, and key accounts.
• Work closely with the R&D team to provide technical support and product solutions to clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in assigned territories.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce -CRM and prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports.
• Support with marketing and promotional activities as required.
• Have latest updates over industrial trends/ movements. ( For e.g. Skin, Hair care, Body care Oral, Home, Pet care products etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

• M.Sc . Cosmetic Science / B.Tech Cosmetics/ B.Pharma / M.Pharm / or equivalent graduates in Chemical
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain benefits to customers.
• Good analytical and reporting skills; experience with CRM.
• Willingness to travel, learn & adapt new things and work hard to achieve results.
