Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create meaningful business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining effective business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operating models. Supporting transformation efforts by developing comprehensive business cases and steering the implementation of critical initiatives is a key part of daily activities. This position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead strategic discussions to align business goals with technology solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
• Ability to develop and present business cases that support transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively across diverse teams.
• Capability to guide and influence cross-functional teams towards successful project delivery.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
