Summary:As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and proposing technology-enabled solutions that align with business objectives. You will also support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, ensuring that the solutions provided are effective and sustainable in the long term.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals. Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Experience in developing business cases and project proposals.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
