As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology by shaping operating models and supporting transformational initiatives. Throughout the day, collaboration with multiple teams and guiding the implementation of key projects are essential to ensure successful outcomes and sustained business improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive the development and refinement of business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
