Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive assessments of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to the client. This role requires defining high-level customer requirements and designing the necessary business solutions and organizational structures to support these opportunities. The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the client s vision, ensuring that strategic objectives are clearly articulated and actionable. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business goals and drive transformation initiatives is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.

Drive the development and implementation of business strategies that support organizational goals.

Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must have AI related work experience

Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter.

Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Experience in developing business cases and defining business solutions that align with strategic goals.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Skilled in facilitating workshops and discussions to gather and validate business requirements.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.

Qualification 15 years full time education
